The Vermont Cooking School opened in 1999 to teach nutrition-centered culinary arts to home cooks.
In 2005 we added "& Farm" to our name and mission to explore the connection between how our food is grown and prepared and its effect on health.
Farming has given us a new appreciation for our food supply. We know first hand how demanding the work is.
And so classes have been suspended for the time being.
